2. Was die App tut

CLEANER+ hilft dir, Speicherplatz freizugeben. Die App findet doppelte Dateien, ähnliche und möglicherweise unscharfe Fotos, Screenshots, große Dateien und alte Downloads und zeigt sie dir zur Prüfung an. Gelöscht wird nur, was du selbst auswählst und bestätigst.

3. Zugriff auf deine Dateien – nur auf dem Gerät

Mit deiner Erlaubnis liest die App:

• Metadaten deiner Fotos, Videos und – falls du es einschaltest – Audiodateien: Dateiname, Größe, Dateityp, Ordner, Aufnahme- und Änderungsdatum, Bildmaße sowie die Android-Markierungen „Favorit“ und „Papierkorb“.
• Dateiinhalte, um exakte Duplikate zu erkennen (Prüfsummen nach SHA-256) sowie verkleinerte Vorschaubilder deiner Fotos, um ähnliche Fotos (Wahrnehmungs-Hashes) und Unschärfe zu erkennen.
• Dokumente, die du selbst im Android-Dateiauswahldialog wählst (z. B. aus „Downloads“). Die App sieht nur genau diese Dateien.

Diese Verarbeitung findet vollständig lokal auf deinem Gerät statt. Die Ergebnisse (Prüfsummen, Hashes, Vorschläge) existieren nur im Arbeitsspeicher während der Nutzung und werden weder dauerhaft gespeichert noch übertragen. Da keine dieser Daten dein Gerät verlassen, werden sie von uns nicht „erhoben“.

Löschen

Dateien werden nur nach deiner Bestätigung entfernt. Ab Android 11 zeigt Android dafür einen eigenen Bestätigungsdialog; Medien werden standardmäßig in den System-Papierkorb verschoben, aus dem sie etwa 30 Tage lang wiederhergestellt werden können. Dokumente aus dem Dateiauswahldialog und Dateien auf Android 10 und älter werden dauerhaft gelöscht – darauf weist die App vor dem Löschen hin.

4. Berechtigungen

• Fotos und Videos (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED; bis Android 12: READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) – zum Durchsuchen deiner Mediathek.
• Musik und Audio (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO) – nur, wenn du „Musik & Audio einbeziehen“ einschaltest.
• Speicher schreiben (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, nur Android 10 und älter) – zum Löschen der von dir bestätigten Dateien.
• Benachrichtigungen (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) – nur, wenn du den Hinweis „Speicher fast voll“ einschaltest. Die Prüfung erfolgt lokal.
• Internet / Google Play Billing – ausschließlich für die Kommunikation mit Google Play beim Kauf und bei der Wiederherstellung von CLEANER+ PRO.

Die App fordert keinen Zugriff auf alle Dateien (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE), Kontakte, Standort, Kamera, Mikrofon, SMS oder Anrufliste an.

5. Lokal gespeicherte Einstellungen

In einem privaten App-Speicher auf deinem Gerät werden nur gespeichert:

• deine Einstellungen (Design, Sprache, Scan-Optionen, Löschmodus, Benachrichtigung ein/aus),
• ob die Einführung abgeschlossen ist und wie viele kostenlose Bereinigungen genutzt wurden,
• eine Zusammenfassung des letzten Scans: Zeitpunkt, Anzahl der Vorschläge und deren Gesamtgröße – ohne Dateinamen oder Pfade,
• ein mit einem Schlüssel aus dem Android Keystore signierter Vermerk, dass CLEANER+ PRO gekauft wurde (enthält nur einen Hashwert des Kaufbelegs), damit die App auch offline freigeschaltet bleibt.

Die App nimmt nicht an der Android-Datensicherung teil. Alle Daten werden gelöscht, wenn du die App deinstallierst oder ihre Daten in den Android-Einstellungen löschst.

6. Kauf über Google Play

CLEANER+ PRO ist ein einmaliger Kauf ohne Abonnement. Kauf und Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgen ausschließlich über Google Play. Google verarbeitet dabei Zahlungs- und Kontodaten in eigener Verantwortung; es gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Google. Die App erhält von Google Play den Kaufstatus, um PRO auf dem Gerät freizuschalten; diese Informationen werden nicht an uns übermittelt. Wir erhalten von Google lediglich Verkaufs- und Abrechnungsberichte, keinen Zugriff auf deine Zahlungsdaten.

7. Werbung, Tracking, Drittanbieter

Es ist keine Werbung eingebunden. Es werden keine Analyse-, Absturzmelde- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge eingesetzt. Die Werbe-ID wird nicht genutzt, es findet keine Profilbildung statt, und es werden keine Daten verkauft oder weitergegeben. Der einzige Drittanbieter-Baustein mit Netzwerkzugriff ist die Google Play Billing Library (siehe Abschnitt 6).

8. Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten.

9. Deine Rechte

Nach der DSGVO stehen dir Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch zu (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten von dir erhalten, liegen uns keine Daten vor, auf die sich diese Rechte beziehen könnten. Bei Fragen erreichst du uns unter sovrianai@gmail.com. Außerdem steht dir ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu.

10. Änderungen

Sollte eine künftige Version der App Daten anders verarbeiten, wird diese Erklärung vorher aktualisiert und die Änderung im Store-Eintrag kenntlich gemacht.

2. What the app does

CLEANER+ helps you free up storage. It finds duplicate files, similar and possibly blurry photos, screenshots, large files and old downloads, and lists them for you to review. Only what you select and confirm is ever removed.

3. Access to your files – on the device only

With your permission the app reads:

• Metadata of your photos, videos and – if you turn it on – audio files: file name, size, type, folder, capture and modification date, dimensions, and Android's "favourite" and "trash" flags.
• File contents, to recognise exact duplicates (SHA-256 checksums), and downscaled previews of your photos, to recognise similar photos (perceptual hashes) and blur.
• Documents you pick yourself in Android's file picker (for example from "Downloads"). The app sees exactly those files and nothing else.

All of this processing happens locally on your device. The results (checksums, hashes, suggestions) exist only in memory while you use the app; they are neither stored permanently nor transmitted. As none of this data leaves your device, it is not collected by us.

Deleting

Files are removed only after you confirm. On Android 11 and later, Android shows its own confirmation dialog, and media are moved to the system trash by default, where they can be restored for about 30 days. Documents from the file picker and files on Android 10 and older are deleted permanently – the app tells you so before deleting.

4. Permissions

• Photos and videos (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED; up to Android 12: READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) – to scan your media library.
• Music and audio (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO) – only if you turn on "Include music & audio".
• Write storage (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 10 and older only) – to delete the files you confirmed.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) – only if you turn on the "storage almost full" notice. The check runs locally.
• Internet / Google Play Billing – solely to communicate with Google Play when you buy or restore CLEANER+ PRO.

The app does not request all-files access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE), contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS or call logs.

5. Settings stored on the device

A private app storage area on your device holds only:

• your settings (theme, language, scan options, deletion mode, notification on/off),
• whether the introduction was completed and how many free cleanups were used,
• a summary of the last scan: time, number of suggestions and their total size – no file names or paths,
• a record, signed with a key from the Android Keystore, that CLEANER+ PRO was purchased (containing only a hash of the purchase token), so the app stays unlocked offline.

The app does not take part in Android backup. All of this is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in the Android settings.

6. Purchase through Google Play

CLEANER+ PRO is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The purchase and all payment processing happen through Google Play. Google processes payment and account data as its own controller; the Google Privacy Policy applies. The app receives the purchase status from Google Play to unlock PRO on the device; this information is not sent to us. We receive only sales and payout reports from Google and no access to your payment details.

7. Ads, tracking, third parties

No advertising is included. No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools are used. The advertising ID is not used, no profiling takes place, and no data is sold or shared. The only third-party component with network access is the Google Play Billing Library (see section 6).

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). As we receive no personal data about you, we hold nothing those rights could apply to. For any question, contact sovrianai@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Should a future version of the app process data differently, this policy will be updated beforehand and the change noted in the store listing.
